Want to know more about Oldways, but left your glasses at home? Suffer from computer vision, or just plain ol’ hate to read? Catherine Frederico, MS RD LDN has solved all your problems! She came in a few weeks ago to interview and film our lovely RD, Ms. Adriene Worthington about Oldways and all of our programs. Catherine is the host of a really great website called NutritionVision, a multimedia website which “draws on her work in various areas of nutrition science, and blends her love of fabulous food with her keen artistic eye and creative photography.” Sounds good to me.
